Introduction

1. Defective Products:

If a customer receives a defective INTERTOOL product, they are entitled to a return, refund, or replacement. Here is the procedure:

1.       The customer can report the defect either to their point of purchase or directly to INTERTOOL without a time limit, unless the item's warranty specifies a time limit.

  1. We require an order ID from the channel in which the product was purchased for confirmation purposes.
  2. Often, we may request customers to send a picture of the defective product to support their request and provide us with more information.
  3. If a product is confirmed as defective, the customer can choose to replace the product (where available) or receive a refund. In the case of a replacement, we will cover costs for shipping, and send the customer a shipping label if applicable.
  4. If the customer chooses to receive a refund, the full purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2. Non-Defective Products:

If a customer wants to return a non-defective INTERTOOL product, the following policy applies:

1.       The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  1. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
  2. The customer may also choose to contact INTERTOOL directly for any inquiries or assistance needed at support@intertoolusa.com, via our website: intertoolusa.com, or by phone at (541) 363-8905.
  3. The customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.
  4. Upon receipt and verification of the product's condition, INTERTOOL will issue a refund to the point of purchase, who will then issue the refund to the customer.

3.       Return Authorization:

For all returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. Customers may either contact the seller, from whom the product was purchased, or reach out directly to INTERTOOL LLC to initiate the return process and obtain an RMA. If customers choose to start the return process with the seller, they will coordinate with us to generate the RMA. In your correspondence, please provide us with the details of your purchase and the issue at hand. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number. Please ensure to include your RMA number when returning the product for expedited service.
