Great tool, works great with the black foam. Highly recommended.
I rarely leave reviews. When I do it's usually for a product that of relatively low cost but performs exceptionally well in a market that is either saturated, or in this case cornered by 1 or 2 brands at big box stores.I was very skeptical to try this because of some of the negative reviews. But I'm glad I did. It has NO problem at all threading with major brands of spray foam. I tried both Great Stuff and Locktite brands and had no issues. There was a picture on here someone posted where the foam had overflowed and made a huge glob of a mess. This gun WILL do that if you don't screw the can completely once you begin threading it. But to avoid this.... Just screw the can on completely, and tightly. You don't have to be quick, but just don't take your time doing it.Also, be sure to pick up the foam gun cleaner as well. VERY important. Look up youtube videos on how to flush the gun. It only takes like a minute, but of you don't do it, that foam will cure in that gun just as it does anywhere else you spray it. So as you could imagine It would be impossible to clean that stuff out of the nozzle and valve once it's dried up.I've used it a few times over the past few weeks, re-insulating may roof, and it's working great so far.Maintaining your home is expensive as it is. Any dollar you can save lessons the blow. This gun was super helpful in doing that.
easy to use with various tips
Was using foam to seal a storage shed and this was a lifesaver! I never want to use the can with that plastic nozzle again, lol!
All metal easy to clean works as it should
